“For You, For Me: A collection of useful art” featuring hand printed textiles by Erin Dollar. Inspired by the recent resurgence of hand printed textiles, Erin Dollar has created a range of one-of-a-kind prints on fabric. Continuing an exploration of abstract geometric forms and repetitive shapes, Dollar uses print, collage, and embroidery in her pieces. The show will include works on fabric and paper that are meant to be used in the home, such as tea towels and table textiles, as well as postcards & small prints. Erin Dollar is an artist and crafter living in Portland, Oregon. She spends her time drawing, printmaking, reading, making fake beards, and helping to run a non-profit community print studio.
